Western Sahara - Corcas ordinary session expected on May 29 and 30 in Rabat
The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (Corcas) will hold on May 29 and 30 in Rabat, its first ordinary session in 2007, under the presidency of the Council’s chairman Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid. The agenda of the session includes “maritime fisheries sector for the development of the southern provinces and youth employment in handicraft fishing". The Council was due to hold this session in March but it had to be deferred because it coincided with the feast of Aid al Maoulid Annabaoui Acharif (Prophet’s birth).
The Corcas began, on last December 21 and 22 in Rabat its second ordinary session which was dedicated to housing in the Kingdom’s southern provinces.
